Marie-Noëlle Jerschke has many years of M&A experience (JPMORGAN, Groupe Danone, LOT) and has successfully completed numerous successful transactions across sectors in an international
environment.
She began her career as an M&A analyst, then associate and finally vice-president at JPMORGAN.
She then worked at Groupe Danone as Project Director M&A and Industrial Finance Controller.
As advisor to the CEO and BoD, she accompanied the financial restructuring and assessed the potential privatization of the Polish airline LOT.
She has broad experience in financing, finance controlling, financial planning and mergers & acquisitions.
